在台北大安區東門商圈新開了一家結合中式、港式的中華小料理餐廳,開幕即爆滿,目前開放透過電話、Instagram訂位,非常不好預訂,想吃一定要關注店家IG,跟緊開放訂位的時間!

外觀低調,門口僅掛著結合中式、日式設計的門簾

店面屬於狹長型,空間不大,開放式廚房搭配拉麵店的吧台座位,裝潢簡約,結合日式與中式的風格

聽說之後會開放二樓座位區,很令人期待,希望未來可以更好訂一點XD

菜單設計分成主食、私房菜、甜品、飲料,份量都是約1~2人份

鳳梨泡椒煙燻海鱱

很精緻的一道料理,以海鱺為主角,加入楊桃、番茄,拌入鳳梨泡椒醬以及柴魚高湯柚子醋凍,整體酸爽而有層次,非常開胃

柚香蛤蜊雞汁蒸蛋

綿密滑嫩的蒸蛋淋上雞汁,搭配鮮美又大顆的蛤蜊,雞湯的濃郁與蛤蜊的鮮味非常搭配,以柚子胡椒做調味,柚子的香氣讓整體更有層次,整體濃郁而不膩

蒜味山鮮湖南透抽

以透抽為主角,搭配杏鮑菇、臘腸一起下鍋熱炒,透抽Q彈、杏鮑菇多汁鮮美,整體蒜味濃郁,很好吃!

特製鐵鍋麻婆飯

星龍鳳

剛上桌就能聞到濃濃的椒香與豆瓣香氣,口感微辣,麻感明顯,豆腐入味又嫩口,非常下飯,配上半熟蛋口感更溫潤有層次,超級好吃,必點!

秘製椒香鮮肉炒手

星龍鳳

與一般炒手不同的是他的辣度很低,取而代之的是以醋調味帶來的酸香,皮薄餡香,好吃!

招牌黃油法蘭西多士

星龍鳳

這道招牌西多士必點!吐司是由店家自製的,將吐司浸泡蛋液後慢煎、烘烤,外酥內嫩、口感濕潤綿密,有點像吐司布丁,搭配上面的奶油、煉乳一起吃超級滿足,奶香濃郁但不甜膩,讓人意猶未盡!

季節水果杏仁燉奶

杏仁燉奶搭配茉莉花茶漬甜柿,首先聞到濃郁杏仁香氣,入口感受到濃濃奶香,綿滑嫩口,超級好吃!

阿里山高山醇香烏龍奶茶

淡雅的烏龍茶香,配上香濃牛奶,奶香濃郁,順口好喝!

一整餐點下來都無雷,火侯控制到位,調味上創新、有特色,餐點精緻細膩,兩道甜點都很推薦,尤其是西多士,我覺得是我吃過最好吃的!之後還會想來解鎖其他沒吃過的菜色,總而言之非常喜歡,如果你也喜歡中華料理,非常推薦星龍鳳!!!
